Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided when the shipment is processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination. Total shipping cost will be provided at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $399 within the contiguous United States, excluding select oversized or special-handling items.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states in the U.S. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Address Changes and Order Modifications

If you need to modify your shipping address or order details, please contact our customer support team at servicedesk@plagron.us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Failure to Take Delivery

If delivery attempts fail, the carrier may hold your package for pickup. After multiple failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-send your order.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

For damaged packages, please provide the following within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery:

  • A photo of the damaged item or packaging.
  • A copy of your receipt.
